bringing our Signed Driver Fund up to a total of $540.24! This means: Wow, I've been out-of-state for a wedding this weekend, and get back to find that not only have we been getting a fair amount of exposure (and are up to over 10,000 downloads of PeerBlock 0.9.2!), but we've actually received a lot of donations over the past couple of days. Thanks and hopefully we'll be announcing the Public Release of that signed-driver-containing PeerBlock 1.0 release soon!

And both of these places include the ability to subscribe to new posts in one fashion or another, so would be your best bet as far as keeping on top of things goes - I know of no way to add an RSS feed to this Google Sites hosted page.

The next place you might want to consider checking is our Dev Blog, which is much more frequently updated than this main site, though possibly with topics of less impact. The first is in our forums, where we're posting whenever something new happens along this front. Once that happens we'll generate that signed driver, then release it to our Beta Team to verify that it works, then release a new Interim Release on our Dev Blog to get some wider test exposure, then assuming all goes well we'll release a new Public Release (PeerBlock 1.0) containing this signed driver I hope to have PeerBlock 1.0 released within a week of receiving that code-signing certificate from GlobalSign.įor those of you interested in more closely following along with this driver-signing process, there are a couple of better places you can check. I have not heard back anything about the status of that, but would expect (naively, perhaps) that that process should be complete by the end of this week. As of now - Monday, August 31, 2009, at 12:35 PM EDT - we're currently waiting for their third-party company to verify that we are in fact a company, whatever that entails.
#PEERBLOCK WINDOWS 10 CRASHING REGISTRATION#
With this required registration in hand, we have started the process of purchasing a code-signing certificate from GlobalSign. After receiving a few requests for an update, I figured it was worth posting a little something here to our main site.įirst off, we have officially registered as a company - "PeerBlock, LLC" - with the New York State Department of State. Hi all, we've made some progress towards getting that signed driver in recent weeks.
